Eric Dolphy goes Out to Lunch while we reflect on Larry Levan's time at the Paradise Garage. Minilogue produces the top club single and Ireland's Stee Downes arrives with aplomb. Emancipation podcast touching on punk funk this week!

From the top ten containing Airto, Fuse One and Geoffrey Williams to Japan's Grooveman Spot and the double album of L.A.'s J*Davey. Mr Scruff returns to the recording studio, an Argentinian masterpiece on Wrasse Records and Sweden's Esbjorn Svensson's leaves us with his greatest EST work.
