Also known as Afronaut orin is a West London based Dj / producer & A + R co ordinator ofBugz in the attic / Bitasweet records who can also be found residing in San Juan, Puerto Rico from time to time. Naut is also co founder of the Coop club night & record label along with the new online coopr8 venture Afronaught, has been involved with hundreds releases on labels including Mousetrap, Koldhouse, Universal, MAW Records, Sony S2 Records, V2 records, 2000black Emotive, R+S Records and collaborating / remixing a diverse range of artists as Leon Ware, Macy Gray, N’dambi, Bahamadia, UK’s Amy Whinehouse, 4 Hero, Mark de Clive –Lowe, Nuyorican / Puerto Rican percussionists Giovanni Hildago, Roberto Roena Sammy Alya and plenty more, Afronaut is one of the most innovative producers & visionaries to emerge from the UK’s house scene.
For over the past fifteen years, Afronaught’s musical journeying has circumnavigated him across the globe to the US, all over Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the West Indies. Performing and recording at different locations collaborating with DJ/producers, turntablists, acoustic artists, Japanese hip hop , and the world of Rumba & Salsa rhythms, Orin has become a major figure in modern beats culture, morphing a cocktail of progressive rhythms, contemporary & traditional culture with music and urban grooves into a fresh 21st Century fusion.

Last night was damage. An absolute sweat box all night with killer subs re - eq'd by Nick the Sound tech @ East Village.
